Horrible office manager. Very rude, over mistakes she made. We had not even made an appointment yet before she snapped at us and taking no responsibility for wording or actions. We called two or three times trying to schedule an appointment. Then when we get on the phone she explains it's the telephone companies fault for not updating the hours, which can be updated on Google. Hell, a good samaritan could do it there's no password yet she starts with an attitude as if it was rude to ask why. Then I was given the proper hours they work NOW during COVID and she never answered the phone. The message

Poquoson Chiropractic, Family Medicine and Pediatrics is such a breath of fresh air. I have been going there for Chiro for 8 years and have recently switched to Dr. Ledger as my primary care physician. When my son was sick they fit me right in with the pediatrician. Every physician takes their time and gives you their full attention. The front staff is quick and very efficient. I would recommend this clinic to anyone 5/5 service!
