This informal meditation group is focused on consciousness expansion and the improvement of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. The evening begins with a short practice or discussion followed by a silent, 30-40 minute meditation period accompanied by music. There is then an opportunity to share and discuss your experience.

I've used many of the services on offer at RHA and every one has been pleasant, relaxing, and when needed, healing. They fixed the pain from my ulnar nerve entrapment, a condition I've known people to require surgery for. Also, if you don't know what a Migun table is, they have one, and it's awesome. Highly recommend. They also have an infrared sauna and you can book a sweat before or after your massage.

I have never had an experience less than amazing at Rochester holistic arts. I have seen multiple therapist but I think I have found my match - David is beyond amazing! I feel like in my busy lifestyle after a session with David I am grounded and aligned. Do yourself a favor and book a service here! Best in town. Hands down!

I would highly recommend David for his massage/intuitive bodywork. He was able to identify all the specific areas of tension that I was holding in my upper body. I had come in with moderate to severe pain in my neck and shoulders and he was able to locate and release all the areas of strain with incredible precision. Not only was the massage extremely helpful for reducing my pain, but it was also very relaxing. I anticipated the massage to be somewhat painful considering the state my neck and shoulders were in but it felt absolutely incredible. I finally have full range of motion in my neck after

I had a Therapeutic Massage with Brooklyn today at RHA and it was the best massage I've EVER had. She did absolutely amazing at finding all the knots and noticing where I was holding tension in my body.
RHA has an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere while also being very professional and sanitary. I felt very welcome and at home.
I'lll be a regular from now on! ☺️

I received a gift certificate for a prenatal massage for Christmas, and man that was definitely much needed at 34 weeks! I wish I could go weekly until I deliver, but at least I had the experience and perhaps I'll go back for a healing massage post-birth. Very welcoming atmosphere, and the massage therapist (Stefanie) was a pro, not one of those run of the mill therapists. Can't wait to go back!

I have been going to Rochester Holistic Arts regularly for the last few months and LOVE IT! Nic, Natalee and the rest of the team are lovely and scheduling is always easy. I truly feel each and every appointment has been so much more than 'just a massage'...rather a holistic experience that supports mind, body and spirit, which has truly helped my overall health and wellbeing.
