Had a roof put on by them last year. They were extremely flaky. They waited to do the roof until I was out of town. 13 months later I have a leak & the owner answered & told me he would be here yesterday. Yesterday he calls & tells me he would be here today. I have not heard from him. Once he gets your money forget about it. Go with a reputable company like Kelly Roofing.

A few things I requested of this company:
An itinerary (about how many people are going to be at my house and what days will they be there and time of day etc)
I asked for before and after pictures of all areas being fixed/worked on. I only received 7 photos. It should have been more.
Now after they were all done I wasn't notified by anyone that they were done, nothing at all about when the last day was. No final inspection by anyone from the company on the work they did. Also the verbiage on all three proposals look odd because they all are similar. If your working to repair a roof in multiple

I called and Jay worked around our hectic schedule to come out and give us a quote on a new roof. Of all the quotes we got, Fair and Square roofing was the lowest and most thorough. Jay was constantly trying to make things easier for me through the process and they weren't pushy trying to up sell us on unnecessary material like other companies do. From start to finish the process took about 10 days! Jay was always helpful and accommodating. The roofers always cleaned up at the end of the day. Hopefully I don't need another roof anytime soon but if another hurricane comes through and rips
