This review is two years overdue but I just have so many wonderful things to say about Kat, that I knew it would be impossible to include it all in a brief review. I found her online when I was pregnant, and with our twins being born two months early, their “newborn photos” were taken when they were just over two months old. Kat was extremely accommodating from the get go, not caring about the date being pushed out and only focused on the twins recovery in the NICU. If you’re looking for newborn pictures, look no further than Catherine King Photography! From the second we arrived for our shoot, Kat was super professional and knew exactly how to handle a newborn to ensure we received the best quality photos! She worked quickly and smoothly and obtained amazing pictures of our 2 week old! Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a newborn photographer!

We booked a lavender farm mini session for my infant and toddler with Kat, and couldn’t have been happier with the results. Kat did an amazing job at getting my two little ones’ attention for pictures and miraculously got many shots where both kids were looking and smiling at the same time - not an easy feat! She is wonderful with children and didn’t get flustered when my 2.5 year old got stubborn! She also was flexible on the day of, allowing us to start a little early and beat a rainstorm. Kat has taken photos for my family for over two years. She has taken newborn photos, birthday milestones, and Mother’s Day photos. She is magical. I have a seven-month-old and two-year-old, and during my recent mommy and me photoshoot, I was really nervous that my ‘pandemic kids’ wouldn’t cooperate or smile for someone they didn’t see regularly. Kat has such an amazing way with babies and kids. Our first session with her was a maternity session with my third pregnancy and my two young children. I was worried my youngest wouldn’t want to smile or actively participate, but I was so wrong. Kat worked her magic and had my daughter smiling within 5 minutes. Catherine was amazing from the very beginning of booking our newborn session to the end of receiving our pictures. The whole process was so well thought out and seamless. Catherine sent a sweet little care package after booking, had treats and snacks for our two toddlers, and went above and beyond to get the best pictures of our newborn. She was so patient and worked tirelessly to get our daughter in the best positions.
