I have had my battery changed at least once every year for the past 5-6 years. Always a “faulty battery” not once did the gentleman suggested any kind of diagnostic test. If it isn’t because I called corporate they would’ve have never cared to do it. Now they wanna charge me for a test that should’ve been done YEARS ago. This after the warranty expired. Cars aren’t cheap and I expected more from a “luxury brand”. Either the service people don’t know what they’re doing or they don’t care. If you think you’re getting quality think again. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Very judgemental salesman. If your not extra, nicely dress, salesman don't approach you nor tend to you as possible buyer. Laredoans prefer going out of town because of better customer care and way better prices! Don't buy local if you want a better deal. Local dealerships take advantage and set the purchase deal/rates to their advantage knowing you don't have another option !
Once I walked-in to the dealership to inquire details on a pre-own suv, the receptionist called the salesman then he just dropped off the key to her without him turning to me to introduce himself, which then, she told me

I want to fist say that I have never left a bad review anywhere before but I received horrible customer service here! Because I was buying out of state the process was a little longer and I felt like my sales man did not know anything about the paperwork or care about me as a customer. Mandoza the financial manager treated me the worst. He gave me attitude, rushed me off the phone, and never called me back with answers when he said he would. They also added $2,600 to the paperwork without explanation. By far the worst treatment I have received anywhere. I loved a car at that dealership but was

Was driving in to Laredo for the weekend when I drove over an XL bolt on the highway about 20 miles outside of town. Thankfully I have run-flat tires! I called around town for a tire match but had no luck. The Mercedes-Benz dealership thankfully had one tire pretty close to what I needed. So I slowly drove there and had them switch out my blown tire. It took a few minutes of standing around waiting for someone to finally ask if I had already been helped, but someone eventually showed up. Once I completed the paper work, it went pretty quickly. They were able to get me in and out in about half an
