Smith Heating & Cooling helped us in our hour of need. 90 plus degree day and the AC stops working in my home. The other "big" services in London told me I was looking at around a week long wait, Smith H&C said they'd work me in if they could the day I called. Happily, the technician called near the end of the day and said he was on his way. He told me step by step what he was doing and making sure I was ok with the cost of the next thing he had to replace. I'd recommend them to anyone and was extremely happy with the whole experience.

I placed a call pretty late in the afternoon and was surprised someone could come out the very next morning. The service tech first called to see if we could troubleshoot the problem over the phone then when he got on site he was professional, fast, and friendly, and the total charges for the visit were exactly what I had expected. I would definitely use them again and will be referring them to everyone that I can.
