I sold my townhouse in Mountain View via Howard. He is super-professional, very easy to work with, always on top of every event, always reachable by email, phone, or text. Howard helped us buy a house in December and we could not have been happier with his service. We contacted Howard due to his wonderful Yelp reviews. Our experience was quite different than these reviews. He seemed very uninterested in helping us. He never even took the time to set us up to receive auto feeds on homes for sale. We asked twice. Not sure if our sub-million dollar budget was the reason but we kind of felt it might have had the biggest impact. Fast forward three weeks and a considerable bump in budget and we just closed on a home with the help of an awesome realtor who was willing to work with us regardless of how much we were spending. I can't believe I'm only the second person to give Howard a review---he's been THE condo man for years and years and has an excellent reputation among his peers (which is how I found him). He is an absolute champ. Always pleasant, positive, and professional, and AVAILABLE, even under very difficult circumstances.
