Our AC went out during the night so we called first thing Saturday morning. We got a call back within 15 minutes and he was here working on it within an hour. Reasonable prices, fantastic work, we will definitely use this company again.

Tom was very professional and easy to communicate with. He found the problem with a few minutes. Turned out to be nothing more than a thrown breaker. He gave me the age of the unit and offered a maintenance program that save me money in the long run.

Yes my heat system went out, i was trying to find a local Heat and AC service company. i called several companies, All of the companies said they would get back with me. Not one did except the Residential Plus Heating & cooling. The office mgr, call me back and gave me the time they would be there and they where there on time. Looked at my system and had to order a part, but they fix the system at that time so that i would have heat until the new part could be ordered and installed, just a few days went by they came back out and installed the new part. The service was very good ,
