Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine can be used to treat a variety of different ailments. Below is a list of the most common patient complaints which, according to the World Health Organization, acupuncture may effectively treat. Infertility issues in both men and women are commonly treated with acupuncture and herbal medicine.
Massage Therapy is a relaxing hands-on treatment which relieves tension, restores energy and relaxes tight muscles. This therapy is performed in conjunction with your acupuncture treatment by one of our Acupuncture Physicians and state licensed Massage Therapists. The practitioner will use his/her hands to place pressure on muscle tissue and manipulate joints, soothing away pain caused by muscle spasms, muscle tension and joint dysfunction.
Color Therapy is a unique science that uses color and light to balance the energetic system of the body from a physical, emotional and spiritual perspective. Color Therapy was initiated by the Egyptians and then added to both the Ayurveda and Chinese medicines. Ayurveda believes that the body has seven "chakras" or "spiritual centers", which are directly related to the Endocrine system.
Cupping refers to an ancient Chinese practice in which a glass bulb is applied to the skin and the pressure in the bulb is reduced by suctioning out the air, leaving the skin and superficial muscle layer drawn into the cup. Cupping is often used to alleviate respiratory tract infections such as asthma, arthritis, bronchitis and pneumonia.

I love going to get acupuncture sessions at CG acupuncture, the place is clean and peaceful and they always make sure to accommodate my appointments. I love that they have a wide variety of herbs for any health concern that you show up with and they can also make special blends on the spot. They also a offer cupping which I love to get when I’ve had an injury or need extra detox. Acupuncture is the most amazing tool to support health and well being, I see results that are so clear from my sessions. I rarely write reviews, but in this case I think it's worth it. I came across Coral Gables Acupuncture after reviewing all the comments in Google and I'm very glad I did. The place is nice, they are very respectful and Doctor, Dr. Kim and Dr. Marisa are amazing. Although I'm still under treatment I've noticed already some improvements. I think their approach to fertility is very holistic and they cover everything from diet to herbs and habits, so it's not only about acupuncture. I highly recommend this place and their doctors.

I'm almost done with my first acupuncture treatment with Doctor Kim Liu and the results have been awesome. I came originally to seek help with my sinus and in 5 weeks I've seen more improvement than I have with any other previous treatment I've tried. She also focused my treatment on helping me with my digestive system and anxiety. I have already recommended them to friends and family so if you're curious definitely come in and give them a shot!
