Medication therapy management, otherwise known as MTM, is a term used for a program to help you manage your medications and health conditions. As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.

We have been using Paul Jones for the last 3 years. They have on 4 different occasions gone way out of their way to help us and get us what we needed. Also, they have found us ways to save money on expensive prescriptions by finding coupons/trials/samples or working with our doctor and insurance to find a generic. This stuff is so confusing and they make it easy. Thanks!
