Our visits to Josef and Joseph have been, succinctly, pleasurable and remarkable. Upon first impression, the building and the shop’s inner design are impressively beautiful with representatives meeting one at the door. Among the memorable aspects of our visits, however, Shirley’s customer service was excellent. With kindness, competence, and transparency, her customer service (and the kind environment fostered by all other employees) further gave credence to our first impressions and, broadly, J&J’s glowing reviews. Had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE here! Denise, Judi and Robin are so friendly and helpful. In fact, I went to get a battery watch for my husband, and decided to get my diamond ring inspected. Not only was the center stone loose, there were several cracked diamonds! I was shocked, and she even showed me under the microscope. I of course had my ring completely repaired there! Thank you Josef & Josef! I will be back soon for another inspection!

I called Mr. Josef to repair an antique tall case clock I've owned for more than 30 years. He had to rebuild the bushings and the entire gear system that are from the 1860s. What an amazing job he did! I was stunned by his artistry and knowledge of this mechanism. The clock now runs perfectly after a complete restoration. I am so pleased with Mr. Josef's expertise, skills, and abilities. His staff was extremely efficient and professional. Those of us in South Florida are so lucky to have this artisan in our community! I highly recommend Josef & Joseph for antique clock restoration.
