While waiting on a classic Atlanta thunder storm delay in the airport. Bored out of his mind he started counting logo's on peoples shirts as they got off the planes. Needless to say after a short time, he thought who makes all these things? After a bit of research and talking his wife into it! In Summer of 1999 Buffalo Creek was born.
To place an order for CONTRACT silk-screening we need your purchase order, credit card authorization form, shipping request form and art all sent to info@buffalocreek.us or faxed to 303-790-2616. Customer service - 0. Quality of product - 0. Don't waste your time. A 7-10 day order took 6 weeks and was 100% incorrect. Weekly emails and phone calls were ignored. After promising to "make it right", 6 weeks later and again no response to emails or phone calls. And no corrected product. Precise instructions for products were written and attached to each item. Didn't matter. It was still all wrong.
