A young man came to our door saying his Father is running a new pest control business in PSL, would we be interested. (Instead of using Massey that we trusted and knew they did an excellent job) So we canceled Massey and went with this young man in the hope to help him and his Father. We did inform him we might be moving..." No problem you can cancel anytime" We recently moved and they billed us $200.00 for a cancelation FEE!!!! WE call, they will not resolve our concern or return calls, unless your a new client. There is no management on duty. Do not sign up!!!! Your LOCKED in no matter what you

Just like everyone else on here they used the same tactics on me to get a service contract. The 1st time they were here they did a good job but after that my problem never seemed to go away, it only got worse. I hired them to get rid of my ant problem but it didn't, infact there seemed to more of them after they started treating then before. I have had them out multiple times between our "services" because they won't go away. I have tried to cancel twice but you have to pay a huge fee because of early termination of the contract. The did "give" me the last 2 "

I feel duped by the sales representative who said this was a small, local business. Also said the cancellation was $100 not $145 but this was clearly laid out in the paperwork so I should have caught it.
First pest control technician said he'd be done in 10 min. I asked why that was the case for 2+ acre yard to which he said that the service only covers 35 feet from the foundation of the home. I said that's not what I signed up for and he was very accommodating and did the full yard. But the next tech had exactly the same story. I can't be home to correct or monitor this every

So far, my experience with EcoShield has been top notch. Daniel Paz came out and did our second treatment today. He arrived well within the scheduled appointment window and provided excellent service with a smile. He took extra steps to make sure I was completely satisfied and even made it a point to make sure I understood everything he was doing and why. Good job Daniel. Hopefully, I'll see you when our next treatment is due!

I had reached out to them for Pest Control Services. I scheduled an appointment, to which the rep never showed up for. I never heard from them at all. I then contacted them to reschedule. I was then told the rep did show up, and i owed them money. I refused to pay for a service not rendered. Thus began 2 months of contacting them to get this resolved. Multiple reps continued to state that they were not going to remove the oustanding bill and I needed to pay for something i did not get. They have since sent the bill to collections, which i am disputing. I would not recommend this company to ANY

I was hoping to provide a five star report. Unfortunately after removing a bald faced hornet's nest they are back. The promise of a next day follow up never occurred. Hence the hornets are back. Perhaps the technicians will show up again and deliver on their promise. Until then, 1 star and not happy with the service.

They would solicited in a community having no soliciting sign.
Charges usually 30% higher than other vendors.
DO NOT trust any discounts as they would charge you back when you cancel the service.
Work wise, they are quick and professional. But sometimes you do wondering why they charge you $169 for a 10min walk around

These guys are clearly trained on a common script, introducing themselves to get first names to then name drop up the street as if we are customers. The sales guy introduced himself to me to say he was treating two different neighbors houses on my street (used neighbors' names). I asked for a card and he claimed he always had business cards, but just didn't today (another common theme amongst reviewers). A neighbor told me he dropped my name as a customer (I am not), so the script is to name drop in the intro, get a new name so you can mix it in for the next house and then ask all kinds

A representative came to our door today stating that others in the neighborhood use this service. I have NEVER seen their truck in our area. They came to the door with no mask or name tag or anything. The guy told my son that "by law" he has to speak with the parents of this home. We then pointed to the No Solicting sign and he proceeded to ignore it till my son reiterated it again.
