Better floors ripped up old carpet and put down new hardwood. I highly recommend working with Joe and the Goobolt family, they were in and out in under 3 days! We used Better Floors to sand and coat oak floors (that never saw the light of day as they were covered by carpet for over 60 years) and they did a great job.

Never let this company install your flooring. Just like others have mentioned they installed my floors wrong and I have been waiting for them to fix it for over 4 months...I have to put rugs over areas of the floor so my daughter does mot keep injuring her feet... just remember Better Floors is definitely not better...

I have been waiting for repairs on the flooring this company installed since June. In August they attempted to repair the flooring but instead they made it worse…. I have contacted the owners and managers about the uneven flooring and most of the time they do not respond … the one response I did get from someone named Mike was over a month ago… so just know once they get your money they have no problem leaving you with junk floors you have to cover up with rugs… look elsewhere if you want quality and “better floors” because you probably won’t find it here

Kevin, the installer, was friendly, polite and answered any questions. The finished product looks beautiful and we would certainly recommend Better Floors.

They were eager to gain the new business from me but since then the sense of urgency is no longer there. They did not pay attention to the details of the project and gave me the wrong threshold (though it had been described to them). After telling them about the issue and a promise they would call the warehouse and get a correct one brought in that has never occurred as of yet (two weeks later - 6/2/21). I had to call three times to get someone to follow through on the warehouse call and get back to me. Now after all that I get the pleasure of paying an additional $49.99 for the threshold. I will

Currently working with Tracey & Ben on an estimate to install natural wood flooring on the second level of my home, as well as refinish the floors on the first level. They're prompt, courteous and professional... sounds cliche, but it's TRUE.
I've had work done by Better Floors in the past (hardwood and carpeting at a different property) and they are SUPERB at what they do. This is why I'm a 3x repeat customer.
Looking forward to the results of the current job. Stay tuned... I'll post an update, probably with pics, when it's done!

I had vinyl flooring and tile installed in my home and Better Floors did a great job. I liked that they didn't race through the installation. They took their time to make sure it was done right. They also checked with me to be sure I was happy with the installation as it was happening. Very customer oriented. Working with the sales people to pick out the vinyl and tile was also an enjoyable experience. Overall, the experience of upgrading the flooring in our house was a good one.

I would never let this company install a floor again. Their installers damaged the hardwood floor repeatedly while installing it and then the installation took over a month after I required that they fix all the damage. I got tired of dealing with them and had to put a rug over a spot where the boards were moving. When you spend over six thousand dollars for a floor you shouldn't have to hide any part of it. Then when I was selling the house I didn't want the new owner to have to deal with the problem. I called this company to fix one of the problems. They quoted me one price, but

Better Floors recently helped us tackle a repair to our bamboo flooring at a cafe. The floor had been wet, and damaged, and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, what we thought was a simple job turned into a complex one, when we realized that the subfloor was damaged along with the bamboo. Rob and his crew worked to remove the damaged flooring, removed some of the subfloor, got the concrete re-poured with self leveling concrete, and then installed brand new bamboo flooring. The project was complicated, and on top of that, it was Christmas eve. But Rob's crew kept working until the job was
