The Chris Kennedy Team was so helpful during our home buying experience. They went through every detail of our pre approval process and explained what to expect next. Chris and his team have helped us with two home purchases and have really made the process easier. They’re attentive, kind and are always willing to answer questions. Additionally, Chris was always ready to pick up the phone and talk to us when we were unsure about something or stressed out! Honestly we wouldn’t choose any other team.

Working with Chris Kennedy team should be the only team to work with!! Very responsive and was able to answer all my questions which wasn’t many. They had kept us informed on every step. We loved that they also gave us weekly updates. Had a great experience with the Chris Kennedy team for my home loan. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable and fast at closing in this hot, crazy 2021 market! I even got my loan docs to sign a day early.
I felt much more comfortable with this process verses my condo that I bought in 2004 through another lender and realtor back when I knew nothing about buying real estate. My knowledge wasn't vastly improved this time, so I still had a lot of questions that I would text, call and/or email Chris and his team and they were more than willing to answer them! It's nice to know there's good people
