I recently had my first and last hair solution experience. The woman at the reception desk was the owner, she had answered my phone call earlier that day telling me the price of a deep conditioning treatment that i was asking about was &10-25. I thought to myself, perfect! My hair dresser, Aly, was an absolute gem. So sweet and knowledgeable. Then the same woman at the counter I mentioned above went to ring me up and stated it would be $40 because I had a lot of hair and they had to use a lot of product.
