I wanted to use this company Stars and Stripes because I thought they’ed be a great source of Transport but after attempting to reach out they stopped answering plus didn’t stay true to there word. After noticing this I went with a different company, when Stars and Stripes found out they kept my listing posted as though I was still doing business with them although I never signed a contract an has since raised the rates up so high that no one wants to deal with my transport because they think it’s a scam. Shame on you Stars and Stripes out of Miami Florida.

AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!!!!! They will tell you how they have five stars on other website and blah blah blah. They are more than likely paid reviews. Our vehicle was supposed to be picked up Friday, no updates.... kept calling and emailing, no answers. Our salesman for the car emailed us saying he received a call they would be there Saturday. Well, still waiting and here we are on a Sunday and we have NO CLUE what is going on or where our car is at. I seriously feel like we got scammed and it’s terrifying and not a good feeling at all. Makes sense why they aren’t accredited with the BBB. Yeah

This company is completely dishonest and very poorly ran. I received a quote and when it came time to pay they tried to charge me 100.00 more. I spoke to the sales guy jimmy and the manager peter and they both said they made an error in quoting and they apologize but they refused to eat the 100.00 difference in price and said "we cant work for free, that 100.00 is our commission" and blatantly told me that their fee was more important than my business or making a customer happy. I tried to explain that it isnt the customers fault and you are charging the customer for your error and they could care

We shipped two cars from Texas to Maryland using this company.
When we originally made the arrangements, we wanted one car picked up and shipped on January 3rd and the other on the 9th.
They quoted us 850$ for each car, with a 100$ deposit and the rest of the balance due upon delivery.
The first car went off without a hitch, they actually picked it up a day early. It was delivered on the 6th.
Our second car, that was supposed to be picked up from Texas on the 9th had a lot of issues. They were still trying to find a driver the day of the supposed pick up.
They finally told us after 7 pm on
