For the past 11 years, we've focused on fat loss through our Team Training program, and our clients have built bodies that they love.

When people think about weight loss, strength training isn't usually the first thing that comes to mind.

We don't like to think of ourselves as a gym but rather as a team of expert trainers who all share a common goal. Our goal is to help you achieve the level of fitness that you desire. It is very difficult to get out of a fitness slump. Everyone is unique, and by recognizing this fact we are able to accommodate each of our members in a more effective way than the traditional gym.
We limit Semi-Private training sessions to 6 clients so you get a one-on-one experience with your trainer. Trainers tailor the workout for everyone's fitness level so that anyone can participate - without any previous experience required. Most of our clients come to us because they want to lose weight, tone up, and get healthy.

Over and over again, our members are HOOKED after their first workout and find themselves wondering, "How have I lived without this?!" It's hard to feel confident enough to start when you haven't seen results from the last fad diets and latest workouts you tried.

How yous doin? This Habitat OG is compassionate and caring but she has never lost her New York edge making her the perfect trainer offering equal parts of love and toughness. Tricia began as a client in 2010 and has been a Habitat Trainer since 2012. She is ISSA CPT, Certified Senior Fitness with a Sports Nutrition certification in progress.

I am not normally one to leave reviews, but I cannot rave enough about Habitat! I have always been deterred from going to gyms as I have always struggled with how my body looks, the limits it is able to move, and how other people perceived that. Once I stepped into Habitat I knew this was going to be a different experience. I felt instantly welcomed into the family and culture and I have not looked back ever since. I started my health journey at Habitat seven months ago and I cannot wait to see where it takes me!

I'm 2 weeks shy of my 3-year anniversary at Habitat and I couldn't be happier still! Still down 10 points in body fat % but more than that, so much healthier and I love the workouts! It is a great place to be, even driving over to Winter Haven from Lakeland, it's worth it!

I've been going to the gym for a few months now and i absolutely love it. All the trainers treat you with respect and genuinely care,im no where near in shape but they DONTmake me feel self conscious at all. Definitely worth the cost!

I love working out at Habitat! The trainers really care about you and your success. Workouts are fun and definitely challenging. I have gained so much confidence in the year I have been at Habitat. I had never done weight training now I'm hooked!

Love this gym! The trainers truly care about you, your goals and your progress. The clients are genuine and become fast friends. After several years of not working out following an injury when I lived in another state I was afraid to get back to the gym. One year later I am meeting goals I never thought would be possible thanks to Habitat!

I’m a long time member of over 10 years, it’s like a family. Fantastic trainers and workouts. All ages and fitness levels are always welcome and modifications are always made for beginners, injuries, etc! Love this gym!

Of all of the places I’ve worked out over the years, this is by far my favorite. The trainers are very friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. They foster a fun secure atmosphere where I feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help with all aspects of health and fitness. I highly recommend Habitat!

Great and fun place to workout! Trainers are the best and very helpful! So glad I found them here in Lakeland too! This not so morning girl, now looks forward to that 5am workout, all thanks to Habitat and Fitness!!

Excellent group workout atmosphere. The trainers are knowledgable, the people are friendly, and sessions accommodate every level of fitness. No need to worry about whether you can keep up, the trainers can provide modifications to pretty much every exercise if needed -- and without judgement.

I absolutely hated the traditional gym atmosphere and I'm so glad I've found my Habitat family. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
