Not a good hospital anymore. Hasn't been for many years. I feel they have lost their way when it comes to helping people and those that really need medical attention. Where is the care? This place has become more of a business, collecting peoples insurance money than taking the time to help and listen to people with medical issues. People shouldn't have to wait long hours in a hall, be neglected or rushed out when their health is getting worse. Overall, I hope someone higher up makes some positive changes and if not, they should just close this whole place down for good.

Absolutely the worst place , they should be sued for using the word hospital ,
My son went to ER for chest pain ( family has a long history of heart attacks ) he has been asking to see a doctor since 8am, they're are now telling him he needs to go AMA . This means insurance will not pay IF he does this , law suit coming !!!

I hate when my mother has to go to this hospital...calling to see how she's doing (from another state) they are extremely rude, ignorant on any information and just sound like they hate picking up the phone and being asked the most basic of questions. Who the heck works here? They need to take a communications course and also, etiquette

If I could give this place no stars I would. My grandmother went there yesterday with my mom for pain on her left side and the amount of negligence that occurred there while she was under their care was disgusting. She does not speak English and rather than allow my mom in with her they denied her and said they'd offer her a translator which they never did. Under their care they would forget about her at times and leave her unattended until they remembered she was there and then they'd take her for scans and ultrasounds. She was given morphine when she specifically told them she cannot have morphine

Got my Moderna COVID-19 booster here as a walk-in. Hours on Wednesday are 1-4PM. Arrived before 1 and was out around 2:30 -- the registration process was very slow. There was a waiting area with some chairs and not many people, so we could wait comfortably. I would give it less stars for the long wait but the staff were lovely and very kind. If you want to get your booster on a walk-in basis, Christ Hospital is a good option. Note you have to pay cash for parking.

Wasn't very happy with the experience. I was sent here in an ambulance with abdominal pain. Unfortunately the doctor was pretty rude with me and I don't even know why. I was very cooperative with the doctor but he just seemed like a very angry person when he walked into the room. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Even my anxiety went up because he acted so annoyed. Even asked what I was even doing there at the hospital? Told me I should have went to the hospital after telling him my history I went previously not sure why this was told to me. He felt that should have got carried to another hospital

Don't go here on Fridays. I went in for appendicitis and they told me that they don't do surgery on weekends. Made me wait 4 days and went home with antibiotics. The doctors wouldn't come for hours and ask how I'm doing. They kept referring to different doctors. With no action plans, I wasted 4 days. I finally ended up going back to my doctor and finding another surgeon. Now I am getting bills from doctors that I've never even heard of from the hospital. The doctors just want to collect new patients and make money. They want follow ups weekly after leaving hospital (without surgery). Such a scam
