I have sent 12 boxes from London to NYC end of December and I have recieved them in May with one bix missing! Just because I have signed to receive to other boxes they cannot lodge a claim according to them. I do not recommend them, unles you are in a desperate need and do not have the time for researching other companies.

This company is the best we have used over and over by far! We have yet to have a bad experience with the teams that come out to assist us with the smallest to the largest of jobs we have. I recently moved the medical practice I manage. I had interviewed 5 moving companies and chose MoveCorp. I am so happy that I did! I selected them because:
1) They do only business moves, and they had recently moved a couple of large local offices with good reviews
2) Their crate system of packing seemed most efficient and offered the least amount of damage to my items
3) Their pricing model was straightforward and competitive.
We started by having a rep come meet with my entire team for a "pack meeting". He went over how to pack the crates, how to label, etc. VERY helpful information

For an office move in early 2013.
Good salesman, great organization (detail orientated and very efficient), nice moving team. Great overall job.
But then dealing with the invoice and payment details later, he turned nasty and mean and curt, and lots of back and forth. I didn't need that at the tail end of a big office move.

I used MoveCorp for a recent office move of over 5000 square feet and couldn't be happier. Mike walked me through all possible scenarios for the move, provided excellent consultation on the move procedure. His crew arrived early and finished much earlier than anticipated. All went smoothly and not a single item was damaged during the move. The crew went above and beyond in making sure special items I was particularly concerned with were handled appropriately.
