I ordered some garage door parts from this company. Almost a month later... they tell me they can’t get them. Its not a problem if the parts were just not available... its the fact that I had to call them over and over and I never received one return call with an update. There are plenty of other overhead door companies in town that have good service.

This company will cheat you, do not use them! We contacted them in April to fix an industrial door for one of our customer's damaged door. Industrial overhead door went to see the damaged door and we received a quote from them for about $1,200. They required 50% deposit so we paid them $650. They did not go on the dates they scheduled for appointments and we continuously had to call them over and over to get them out there and to follow up. They ended up not being able to fix the industrial door because the one they ordered did not fit. The owner, Fred, and office manager, Diane, said that we should

I had a great experience with Industrial Overhead Door. Great price for commercial overhead doors and the installers we're extremely helpful. I needed to replace 1 door they installed it in a few hours. They also did maintenance on the other 2 doors in the warehouse and added 2 locks for free. They went above and beyond.
