Ms. Fuqua is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduation from high school, Ms. Fuqua detoured from her education to raise a family. Later, as a non-traditional undergraduate student, she attended the University of Cincinnati as a single parent raising two children. Ms. Fuqua earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance, and graduated with honors.

Fuqua Law firm, can I say WOW!!!! I was referred to Barbara Fuqua for a custody issue from my employer and also a previous client who was not represented. My friend was actually on the receiving end but spoke very highly of Barbara. All I can say is I loved Barbara. There were no gray areas with her. Very black and white and cut to the chase. Her advice was always right on. She always responded right away, I never had to follow-up with any emails. Her staff is amazing and very courteous. When court time came, she was totally prepared and although she couldn't guarantee what the outcome might be
