Was really floored by the technitian and vet I met with today. Both were absolutely wonderful. I believe their names were Marissa, and Stephanie respectfully. They both listened to my concerns and were very undertsanding. I've had issues in the past with the vets of this facility being very passive agressive with me. (And the guy vet is sometimes just downright mean). I was actually dreading my most recent vet visit. I've never had Stephanie as a vet before, but I'm thrilled with her. I'll be requesting her personally from now on.

Customer service needs work. I was never greeted, acknowledged or helped for several minutes, even with 2 employees sitting at the front desk. I guess they don't need or want our money. One of the employees was a man who is usually at the front desk who I think was named Scott.

They said they were too busy to see our dog for a possible emergency. Watched 3 people get done with only us waiting. Front desk was rude and could care less.

We have two dogs, one vacationing, the other a regular client. The first had a minor emergency
They fit him in and treated him with a lot of love. The vet also noted.two other chronic issues and suggested remedies..not the reason for the visit, but observant and appreciated. The other dog was loved on and treated well. Both of these expensive dogs have some behaviors which can be wearying, but they were gently mitigated. There are not many vets in the area, so appointments are hard to find. Like everything prices are rising. But, I'm quite pleased with the quality of care.

Critical: Professionalism
All they do is try to rack up the bill. Took my dog in for stitches and they wanted to test her for heart worm even before they stitched up her cut. Seriously go somewhere else!!

I’m not sure if I just ended up with a bad worker or if it’s a company wide issue. I brought my kitty here to take care of some dermatology issues and the workers were very rude and acted like they could care less about the animals. The treatments that they provided did not help my cat. The wait time was outrageous also. I finally drove down to Marquette to have her treated and they got me in right away and had her seen in 20 minutes with a medication that actually worked. Do not waste your money here, or put your fur babies in this atmosphere.

Several bad experiences here including telling me my pet was trying to claw it's own eyes out instead of the fact he has both a birth defect and a chronic condition. I've worked in this field before and just needed his eye drops, including bringing them the old bottle from the rescue he came from. They've marred mine and my friends pets and given extremely bad advice. Friends pets have died from extremely routine procedures. Rooms never seem clean. I wouldnt bring my pet here willingly, if it was the emergency vet on-call, I would risk the trip to Marquette.

They've always been so sweet and helpful with our pets, and I appreciate how much they've done for us with any emergency.

This is a great place to take your fur babies! We just moved to the area a month ago and hadn't established a vet yet. Our oldest kitty ended up with an infection under her chin. The gal said they were double/triple booked but got my baby in anyway. They took great care of her and even called 2 days later to see how her wound was doing. They have definitely earned our business. It's a little bit of a drive for us but it's worth it :)

This place is a joke. I have had animals my entire life and this place is by far the worst. And after traveling the world and living in several states with my career this one is BY FAR THE WORST. The staff has been nothing but trouble, telling me I do not know anything about my dog, extremely rude, and just terrible people. We had to have a few teeth pulled in one of our dogs, everything seemed to go fine(except them being rude)... until today. We took her to a vet in Indiana that my Inlaws have used for 30+ years. They told us her dental hygiene is one of the worst they have ever seen. Who ever

I bring my dog here because we have not a lot to pick from. The place is clean. And I question the lower review. If a dog needs medical attention does not matter what they owe on their bill. It's not the dogs fault. Shows they are only interested in money.

I seriously cannot believe this place is still in business and this guy still has a license. In high school, about 12-13 years ago now, a family pet died under the care of the main doctor of this clinic (I will not mention his name because then the business can have this review taken down, but if you are from the area, I'm sure you know who I am talking about). He apparently couldn't figure out what was wrong with our Bailey, but had no problem continuing to take money from us despite that we were a struggling single parent family. Our dog eventually passed away at 6 years old, and it

Absolutely fantastic! I have been going to them for 4 years. Both my dogs are rescues and one is very timid from abuse. The technicians and doctors are so wonderful with her; so patient and gentle. I'm a graduate student and their prices are very affordable. I agree with Carole's review: they do care immensely for animals, but they are a business. You can't just not pay your bill or make a payment plan. I grew up with dogs and I come from a suburb of a big city and the service at CCVC is great.

VERY VERY VERY poor service!!
I will NEVER go there again.
This is the letter I sent them:

Well this past weekend our dog was attacked in our front yard by a neighbors dog. She's not doing well so I called this local vet office and made an appointment for later today (6/11/2014). The vet office called me back about an our later to say that they would NOT see my dog because of the outstanding balance that we had with you. I explained to your office staff that it should have been dismissed in the bankruptcy. There WAS/IS a period that YOUR office had to respond to our debt dispute. Your office
