After several weeks trying to get another company to company fix an overhead door, I called Capital Overhead. The first company came out once with 2 guys and spent 2 hours to fix the chain only for it to break again and told me that they would call me back. I got tired of waiting and called Capital Overhead and they sent one guy and he fixed the chain, replaced the board, and oiled all the hinges in only an hour! The repair guy was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company!

Our door had been giving us a lot of trouble (alignment of the eyes, cables coming off the drum, getting stuck, etc.) for a few months after my wife clipped it with her suv. Finally it got stuck in the open position for good. That's a security risk, so time was a factor. We first called a competitor because Capital had a longer lead time to come out.
