Initially responsive and did the work right away. Once work was done and payment was made, we contacted them with a problem with the work. He said he work fix it the following Wednesday. Then he stopped answering our calls. He did send someone the following Thursday to resolve most of the problem. They continue to not answer calls despite many voicemails. We even left a message to ask for the name of the sub contractor he used the first time to finish the work so we could hire them directly to get the job completely, but no response.

Rude, lazy, and untrustworthy. I hired them to do a job. They didn't do the job because they had issues with their poorly maintained equipment. Then they threatened me with a lawsuit to cover their expenses caused by their own actions. I've never had such a bad experience with anyone I've contracted to do work for me in my life.
