The Chiropractic Health and Wellness Center team has achieved remarkable success improving the health and well being of people of all ages, from newborns to seniors, without the use of medication or surgery. Because over 90 percent of all sports injuries are related to the musculo-skeletal system, chiropractic treatment is particularly effective.
In 1998, Dr. Patrick Prikkel founded the Chiropractic Health & Wellness Center of Dayton, Inc., carrying on the tradition begun by his mentors, Drs. Don Steinbach and Richard Miller, to offer not only medical diagnosis and chiropractic treatment, but also rehabilitation and preventative services-a truly holistic approach to patient care.
There were times when I hurt so bad I couldn't get out of bed. The doctors put me on traction and put me on various other treatments to get me to the point I am today. They take the time to listen. I would highly recommend these doctors to anyone. My pain was severe, stabbing, and did not allow me to exercise or get comfortable while seated or standing.
Our office offers state of the art decompression traction therapy for the treatment of both acute and chronic disc conditions as well as Joint pain and the symptoms associated with spinal stenosis and arthritis. Traction is a gentle procedure which commonly involves either the Lumbar Spine (the lower back) or the Cervical Spine (the neck) and offers speedy results.
Whether you're a weekend warrior or an elite athlete, our office offers the tools to make you your best. Dr. Prikkel has worked with athletes from equestrian riders and dancers to collegiate athletes and Olympic Gold Medalists. By combining a thorough functional analysis with cost effective treatment techniques we have assisted many athletes in their return to play.

This is the only office that I have been to that has special beds to lower you down from a standing position. So many people can barely get out of bed or walk so climbing on a table is impossible. I started getting treatment due to my fibromyalgia and muscle stiffness. The adjustments have helped my mobility and have really improved my hip pain. I highly recommend their office!

I(25M) started see Dr. Patrick after I had been to another local chiropractor because I was not getting better. I have been to about 10 appointments now with Dr. Patrick, and my back feels the best it’s felt in a year. Today was my last appointment and I wanted to say thank you to the team. Definitely recommend this place!

Better be ritch when you go here and makd sure your pockets full of money even if you have 100 percent coverage on your insurance they charge you beyound you rd coverage and when asked if the call insurance to see what your covered under they tell you they dont do that i was covered all my my co pay of 12 dollars they still charged me 91.00 out of pocket i wouldn't recomend this place less youf rich would cost me 500.00 month out picket pluss insurance they bill. I CANCELED REST MY APPOINTMENTS STANLEY MITCHELL .

Majority of my family goes to Dr.Kacey, we love her! She is such a friendly person and does a great job. I’ve gone to this facility for over a year now and really appreciate the time that Dr.Kacey takes to make sure I’m up and working better!

We love Dr. Baxter we have been very lucky and blessed with him as our Dr. He is very good at what he does. His new office on Wilmington pk is very clean friendly with updated equipment. We need more caring ppl like him in the medical field and his staff are wonderful. I have seen improvement in my back spine and neck. My daughter sees him too for a scoliosis issue she loves him. Thanks Dr Baxter for all you medical knowledge and skill set. We really are very lucky you are one in a million.

I was just in town for a week with a touring broadway show, and tweaked something in my lower back. I called Chiropractic Health and Wellness, and Anna set me up with an appointment that very afternoon. Dr. Mark (Williams) was great, informative, kind, and personable. He sent me on my way, and I'm feeling better with each passing hour.
