Higher Learning Childcare & Development (HLD) is a premier provider of childcare services committed to promoting child growth and development, and providing our students opportunity to excel. Services
Our infant classroom ranges in ages 6 weeks to 14 months. At HLD we want parents to feel comfortable and trust that their child is safe and well taken care of. Our infant program is designed to offer qualified professional Educators who value family routine and welcome each and every child. Our Educators provide a nurturing, inviting environment for exploration and play.
The Higher Learning Toddler Program serves toddlers between the ages of 1 and 3-years old. Our toddler program provides toddlers a joyous experience of play and learning. We provide toddlers numerous opportunities to explore and discover more about the world. We focus on developing the "whole child" - meaning cognitive, social-emotional and physical learning are all essential to their development.
The Higher Learning Preschool program serves children between the ages of 3 and 5. Our preschool curriculum provides children a variety of learning experiences that are exploratory, interactive and age appropriate. At this stage, children are able to understand symbolic representations of concepts and objects.
Our After-School and Summer programs provide a variety activities that are fun, cool and intellectually stimulating! From field trips to nature walks to reading adventures at the local library, you can rest assured that our Summer Camp and After School programs allow children to enhance their cognitive, physical and social development.
Here at Higher Learning we put safety at the forefront of all we do. We have implemented enhanced health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of our children, family and staff members during the pandemic. Shoes are removed and secured in a plastic bag as no outside shoes are allowed in the center.
