I've never met a more professional group of people than at Hesser. My wife and I came in looking for a specific car and Alan was able to assist us. I highly recommend asking for him if you shop here. He did not try and push us into a more expensive vehicle or something we were not interested in. He kindly assisted us with the car we were wanted and answered all our questions. Sent a message to this place inquiring about a brand new Highlander. My vehicle was totalled in a car/deer accident so I had to move fast.
Gave them my phone and my email. Nothing. No response.
Thought I would try another way. I had my husband send a message with his name. Literally 3 minutes later, his phone rings and it is the sales staff wanting to talk about the Highlander.

This was the first dealership that when contacted, listened to what I was looking for and responded with ‘we can do that’ without hesitation. Carolyn Jones was a key part of this. She provided great customer service throughout the entire process of finding truck, researching lift kit, tires, rims etc.
I was kept informed of the status of the truck’s arrival, along with the installation of the lift kit etc.
Friendly, very knowledgeable. Service dept was great, especially Corey, who did all of the installations, and ensured that they were going according to what we had discussed.

Purchased a (lightly) used 2021 BMW X4 from Carolyn and the Hesser team. They were fabulous to work with. I purchased from out-of-state but they made the entire experience simple and straightforward. Facility is very clean, well lit. Sales staff Rosie is smart, enthusiastic, helpful, cheery and knowledgeable. But it is a dealership, so expect typical upselling from managers--paint & undercoating for $1000, extended warranties for a few thousand more, lower than "blue book" trade in offers. Otherwise new vehicle prices are fair when other dealers are marking up cars thousands above MSRP. Haven't tried service yet.

I can not tell you how much I appreciate the people who work here. The difficulty of buying a car during Covid was made easy and painless through the service of Jon Wohlert. My goodness it was a "no fuss" and "give it to me straight" deal with Jon. I had gone to 3 dealerships prior to talking with Jon on the phone. I had been "mansplained" to about the chip shortage all three times as an excuse for their super high price gouging and pressured salesmanship. Jon was up front about everything. They had to put a new (used with more miles) motor in my car 5 days after purchase. They covered all costs. $10k. Got it back after 3 months and 3 dealerships later. Some additional repairs needed, admittedly caused by their technicians, that very much extended the repair time. Very poor communication the first 2 months. Got car back missing parts, warning light on dash, lights not plugged in, and missing fasteners everywhere causing damage to both front fender liners. Grease stains all over inside of car and my second key no longer works. Now I have to take a day off work to travel over an hour

I would absolutely recommend Hesser Toyota! I spent months being ignored, offered bad deals or no deals, or completely screwed over by numerous other dealerships. But working with Ed at Hesser Toyota was the experience I was looking for. He was quick to respond to questions and requests, was willing to make a deal and make sure I got the car I was looking for, kept me updated along the way while waiting for my car to be built, and they were able to have the car ready to take home within a few hours of it being delivered. A 30 minute trip to Hesser Toyota service for an oil change, one hour waiting, and another 30 minute ride home. I always double check when I get home and found the washer fluid way down. Just returned from a trip going through Colorado's first snow storm of the season and I knew I was almost out of fluid. When the service sheet says they topped off all fluids don't believe everything you read. I filled up the washer fluid when I got back home.

I use Yelp a lot, but don't do reviews unless it's warranted, great or not. Today was a "NOT"! I've owned Toyota's for 25+ years. Haven't needed much service, nor parts as they are great autos. I stopped in to have a key made at Hessler today and was told that they couldn't do it. Perplexed, I asked why. I was given a litany of BS. I would not recommend this place for parts, service nor a purchase. Horrible customer service and vibe from ever staff member I encountered. I'm considering a new Highlander or Sequoia, but it will not be from here...

From the first call to Mike Rivers, to purchasing the car with Jeff Fields, we were impressed with Hesser Toyota. This is a small dealership that is personalized and works hard for your business. Mike and Jeff were both so easy to work with! Mike called back as promised and there was no "monkey business" with our salesperson Jeff as my in-laws bought their new car. The price over the phone was their out the door price. We would definitely go to Hesser again-- great car buying experience! Avoid going to this place at all costs, if you can. I had my van fixed there. They first told me that my MAF sensor was the problem and told me my van was fixed. I didn't even get it off the lot, before returning it back, as it wasn't fixed. They then told me that it was the transmission and a used one with labor would cost $3,300. I called Morrison's Auto Salvage to find a used transmission. They informed me that they did have one and that Hesser was trying to buy it and upsell the transmission to make more of a profit.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! The manager is untrustworty! We live a hour drive from there. My family wanted to buy a used van and found one on their website. We called before we came and confirmed the price with the manager. When we got there with two kids, After testing the van, we made the decision to buy it. The sales person was okay and told us they needed time to do the paperwork. After 1.5 hours, a manager came out and told us the price was not correct. They could not sell this van to us at this price. and it would be two thousands more. Totally untrustworthy！！Do NOT go there. Just waste your

These people are never available when you need them. Scheduled services (that cost lots of money)--sure, but not when it counts. They are very unsympathetic and uninterested when something urgent comes up. We've been regular customers for nearly 5 years, but no more. Let me add that we bought a 2007 RAV4 from them and just after its service plan ended the alternator died. It will cost us nearly 1K. Obviously that is an issue with "Toyota quality" rather than this particular dealership, but it still influences my overall opinion of them.
