Wish 0 stars was an option! Very rude staff with 0 compassion for sick patients! We will be switching to a different doctors office! I wouldn't take a sick mouse to this clinic!

Very rude. I cant even get my daughter seen because of their own mistakes. Then when you try to communicate with them they get rude.

This is a good and clean office very clean!!! And good to my son as well he’s been with Dr.Hammond since he was a newborn she’s really good and gentle and so is the nurse 👍👍👍

Staff is very rude!! I’ve always overlooked it just bc my kids loved Dr Strickland but not after today!! This would be a wonderful place if they replace the rude, unprofessional girls up front!!

No matter what day or time i call during the week i always get the emergency anwsering service and never a person. How do i make my two year old son a doctors appointment when hes very sick(but not considered an emergency so i cant leave a voicemail)and his doctor is never able to be reached?

My daughter was new there and she was comfortable with the doctor n staff...I was as well... but on another appt.we was seen by another doctor and the nurse was had a problem with race...my daughter was sitting on a stool and she hollered at my daughter she dont play with it!!! And stated im going to take it!!! I give my daughter some sanitizer and 2 little drops fell on the floor...The nurse states yall got water all over the floor!!! I asked her where was water and where did it come from!! She angerly answered her!! My purse was sitting on the corner and she handed to me and stated this is where

Clinic refused to see me because I couldn't pay a past due balance, for some reason my insurance had not covered. I was prepared to pay the days visit to get refills of my antidepressants. The clinic refused. I've been cold turkey for 10 days with very unpleasant side effects. If you're looking for compassion, this is not the clinic for you.
