Endodontic treatment, commonly called "root canal treatment", is a common dental procedure that removes damaged tissue from inside the root canals of a tooth, thereby significantly lengthening the life of the tooth.
In some cases, your root canals are unusually narrow or blocked (sometimes by calcium deposits or other debris), making a repeated root canal procedure ineffective. Cracked teeth are typically caused by one of three things: an injury, undue pressure from grinding or clenching over a long period of time, or the breakdown of prior fillings that may break down and leak.

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Seyedein provides many types of endodontic services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure.

An endodontist is a specialized dentist with special training in diagnosing and treating problems associated with the inside of the tooth. Endodontists complete four years of dental school and an additional two or more years of advanced training in endodontics. Endodontists are also licensed by the state in which they practice.
From the front office to the exam room, our practice is made up of professionals who take your oral health very seriously. Using state-of-the-art equipment designed with safety and efficiency in mind, we are able to offer top-notch care. As you walk through our office, you will notice that everything is clean, comfortable and thoroughly sterilized.
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

This place is great! I wholeheartedly recommend this office if you ever need dental work done. I needed a root canal on the farthest back upper tooth, probably the most difficult to get to. Dr. Seyedein was gentle and efficient and made it virtually painless (I say virtually only because my jaw was a bit uncomfortable during the procedure-nothing I couldn’t adjust for). The office staff and technology is top notch. If you have to go, go here!

I’ve had so many bad experiences with dentists I was scared to get another root canal. So I’ve done some research and decided to go w/ Dr. Seyedin. The best decision I’ve made. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his field of work and made me feel comfortable. After the pain free procedure I didn’t need any medication and there was no pain. I was back to my normal self the next day and went to work pain free. The procedure went so smooth and well, I could not have been happier. Thank you Dr. Seyedein!!!

Absolutely incredible experience! Dr Farshad Seyedein and his staff were a joy to work with. The staff were personable, happy, and welcoming. Dr Seyedein does accept CalOptima and my operation was fully covered outside of a $300 CT scan required to ascertain my condition. One of the office's managers/receptionists, Kristen, was especially supportive and went above and beyond to ensure I had as streamlined an experience with her office as possible.

I was referred by my general dentist to Dr. Seyedien. I had been in excruciating pain for 48 hours (no sleep). Tustin Endodontics not only responded to my emergency the next day, but also treated me with understanding and kindness. Dr. actually spotted an additional tooth that had been overlooked by my general dentist and needed treatment too. Because of his care and attention to detail, Dr. Seyedien prevented an infection from spreading throughout my bone.
During the procedure he was very patient with me and my anxieties. His assistant was the best (wish I remembered her name!) Had minimal pain

The staff is very friendly and the doctor is great. He's very positive and professional and probably the most polite and respectful doctor I've meet; and I've dealt with many physicians both professionally and with family matters. I had always dreaded the idea of a root canal, but I felt virtually nothing. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Farshad for your needs.
