Brad Hewett was amazing!!! I honestly didn't know what to do and I didn't want to burn any bridges with my former employer. I confided in a friend regarding this situation and he told me to give Brad a call. I was still very nervous but chose to give Brad a call anyway. He met with me within 2 days and asked me what had been happening. Once I gave him the full story he put me at peace with the situation and assured me I was doing the right thing. Brad advised me of the best steps to take with the situation but wasn't overbearing. He always reminded me that this was a decision we were making together
