Services
At the Associated Veterinary Clinic we are committed to providing exceptional veterinary healthcare by combining excellent customer service with remarkable patient care. Our motivation to meet and exceed our client's expectations is driven by our belief that the pets in our care deserve to be treated with the same level of compassion and respect that we afford our own pets.
Comprehensive Physical Examinations - A thorough physical exam is crucial part of keeping your pet healthy, by allowing for early detection of disease and prompt treatment. Our veterinarians and technicians are trained to look for subtle changes that can be clues to the presence of an underlying disease.
For after hours emergency care we encourage our clients to take their pets to one of the emergency care facilities listed below. Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota - The emergency medicine service is staffed by experienced emergency doctors 24/7/365. The emergency service was established 35 years ago and is the cornerstone of the hospital in our service to the pet-owning community.
We are proud to offer the following premium veterinary products to our clients and their pets. From the makers of FRONTLINE Plus, the #1 choice of veterinarians, now comes the first flea and tick killer in a beef-flavored chew. NexGard for dogs kills adult fleas before they lay eggs, and kills ticks, too.
When your beloved pet goes missing it can be a traumatic and stressful situation for both of you. Many pet owners are unsure of how to go about trying to find their pet, who to call, and what community resources are available to aid in their search. The same can be true if you find a lost pet.

I have a great pyrenees and the breeder I got him from recommended this clinic due to her past experiences with them. When I went there they where fast, cautious, and very friendly with my dog. I'm happy to say he isn't afraid of the vet, which I can't say for my other two dogs who went to a different clinic and didn't have the same experience.

I have used Associated Vet Clinic Cokato/Waverly for the past 13 years and Dr. Nate and the entire staff is by far the best!
Had to put my beloved puggle, Bullet, down today and Dr. Nate and the staff was so compassionate and caring through the whole process. They explained everything from start to finish and it shows they not only deeply care about the animals they care for but also care and support the owners!
They give honest, to the point advice and work with you throughout anything that comes up during the life of your pets! Very very reasonably priced and the follow up is absolutely amazing

I have a 7yr old black lab Ripley that is my big old baby and when we moved out here I needed a new vet. I am so happy I found Dr. Nate and the associated team! Ripley had 2 fat lumps and 5 teeth that were rotten or had exposed roots. Dr. Nate removed them and its like I have a new dog! Ripley acts like a puppy again and has a new lease on life. I only wish I would have found this team sooner. Thank you so much for your amazing care, your love of animals is apparent and we appreciate you!!!!

Nate is one of the best veterinarians I've came across! He was very compassionate and informative through the whole process of putting our Deisel boy to sleep! Thank you for understanding the pain and emotion that came with this visit! They also sent me a card in the mail with Deisel's paw prints! ❤️❤️ Thank you and the staff

We have a number of dogs as we breed Shetland Sheepdogs. Because of the number we are very demanding both during regular visits, puppy whelpings and emergencies. Both Dr. Nate and Dr. Jim have responded superbly. I would rank them as more the 5 stars if I could because they go above and beyond both in service and compassion. You cannot go wrong at AVC!
