They really know their stuff. They are excellent at drying out water damage and getting it done fast. They monitor it daily and try to include you in on each step. However, they are not careful when removing baseboards and things, when they check for the water leaks and damage they poke holes everywhere and their quote does not include patching these holes nor does it include all the work to replace everything back. They damaged my walls removing baseboards because they try to be quick (and they are). They had mud on their shoes when they came in to shampoo my carpet and did not get my stains out
