At Cook Chiropractic we make it Easy and Affordable for you to get all the Chiropractic care you want and need. If you have not been to a Chiropractor before or have not been in a long time, WE want to be your Chiropractor.

Family: $149/month (includes all children under 18) We encourage every Practice Member to be checked once a week (see below), to combat the Physical, Chemical & Emotional stresses that are placed upon the body throughout a weeks time.
Having your child's spine checked for problems is important - perhaps more so than having your children's teeth checked for cavities. While we do not wish to irresponsibly or unprofessionally scare parents into bringing their children in for spinal checkups, we do feel it is our responsibility to inform parents about the importance and value of appropriate spinal care.
We offer our paperwork online so you can complete it in the convenience of your own home. Simply download, complete and print the forms and bring them in to our office completed on your initial visit. If you do not have the ability to print the forms, you can send them via email to cookchiropractic@live.com.

*****! I've battled with severe hip/back pain after a near death accident in 1985. Not to mention the daily stress we all go thru and how it effects your body. Another surgery was not an option for a single mother and chiropractic care was too expensive, so I just battled daily with the pain. Luckily, I came across Dr Cook when I could hardly… move. Andy listens, explains everything he’s doing, and genuinely cares about the overall health of his patients. Four previous chiropractors and two doctors had ignored my complaints about my arm hanging crooked and being painful following a surgery. Nineteen years after the fact, Andy corrected the way it hangs in a matter of seconds and I know the pain relief is coming as soon as my muscles readjust!

Dr. Cook was completely transparent during the entire exam. He explained everything he was doing including the health benefits. He didn't just adjust you and have you walk out the door. He took the time to… help me understand how the skeletal and nervous system works. I learned so much in a short period of time. I've found my new chiropractor! I'm feeling better already! I have been in dentistry for 16 years and it takes a toll on your neck and back and to top it with sinus issues sure leaves you in pain!!! The Cook brothers have a comforting conservative approach that helps… put your mind at ease and not be afraid. I could definitely tell a difference in my neck and sinus pressure after my adjustment!
