The reviews are so good I've called and left multiple voicemails in the past week requesting a callback to schedule an assessment for pest control services. So far, no response, so perhaps their schedule is full, or they have all the customers they want. As of now, I'm reluctantly checking out other companies to see who provides good service and is responsive. If they ever respond, I'll update my review.

I truly can't say enough good things about Jeff and his company. I bought my house in 2012 and every year the ants got worse and worse. This year I finally couldn't take it anymore and signed up for Boise Pest Control's annual plan. My ant problem FINALLY is under control after so many years of trying to manage it myself. Jeff continues to impress us with his awesome pest control skills and amazing customer service. He has come out to our house outside of our scheduled servicing on two separate occasions to help us with pests. He even patched some holes in our garage to ensure the mice stay outside. He is incredibly friendly and talented and loves to share his knowledge of bugs, we learn so much from him and enjoy having him visit quarterly. It's been 8 hours or so since his visit and the ants have found the traps! They are going nuts for his death candy!

Absolutely love this company. Jeff is so kind and sweet. He is totally flexible with scheduling which is amazing for our family. When I first started using them I was so nervous and had questions and reservations and he answered everything and understood my little anxiety about spraying and kids in the house. Whenever we have needed him he was here. We had yet to spray or treat our house since we purchased it so it took Jeff a handful of visits to get the spiders under control and he got it done. Awesome to work with! Jeff was friendly informative and helpful. Upon entering my home he put on booties and put down and drop cloth to ensure that he left my living area clean. What I love best is they don’t try to upsell you on anything rather be honest with the customers best interest in mind! Highly recommended and will use every time!
