HORRIBLE, AWFUL, TERRIBLE, APPALLING. I placed an order to have about 60 items screen printed in February 2014 and picked it up in early March 2014. It was absolutely incorrect and I was promised that the order would be rectified. It is now the end of November 2014 (that's 9 months if you're counting) and I still do not have my complete, correct order. Erick and Aundrea have repeatedly given me false information and dates of when I would receive my products. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH HIGHTECH SIGNS.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Hightech Signs in Bettendorf. I placed an order over a month ago for 50 shirts to be completed by Wednesday May 1st. I called out of courtesy on Tuesday to ensure they remembered my order as I haven’t heard from them yet. I was told I would receive a call when they were completed. I stopped in Thursday afternoon to pick up my order since I never got a call and they are now considered late and was told by Erick they would definitely be done by close on Thursday. I returned at 5pm on Thursday to then be told by Erick to return on Friday morning at 10am. On Friday morning
