There are so many reasons to choose Farr west orthodontist. I chose them because of the friendly receptionist Sheryl, who is really so much more. I have called to ask so many questions, even to decide on insurance choices, and she was so very helpful, spent so much time helping me and was always so so patient and kind.
Dr Richards is so great, great with the kids, and has a wonderful staff.
The atmosphere is really so great, and it can be such a big investment, you want a great experience... you will get it here!

I have been doing my Invisalign treatments with Dr. Richards for about a year and I have no regrets! My teeth look great but more importantly to me the staff is amazing. It's a clean professional place that has never failed to help me out with appointment changes or anything I need. Cheryl is probably my favorite part about this place though, she is absolutely lovely every time I come in, responds to my emails EXTREMELY fast, and has helped me with payments. I would recommend this orthodontist to any friend!

We have enjoyed our experience here so far. The staff are always happy and patient, and they take time to chat with my kids. We never feel rushed, but always feel like we are important. When we started our orthodontic treatment they explained everything up front, including costs and procedures. I really appreciate that! We were glad to find an office where they take time to listen and help us know every step of treatment. My children's teeth are looking straighter and treatment is progressing well.

I have been going here for at least two to three years now and very little progress has been done. When I went here to get my braces on I was excited now I'm not happy with the way my teeth are, I actually feel like my teeth got worse. This business makes me feel bad about my self because they look at your teeth and if there not good they will say something disrespectful and should not disrespect your customers. I wrote this review for people who are looking to get their teeth fixed because I feel like this business is not a great one. And the sad thing is your teeth are a important bone in
