Are you nervous when you come to the dentist? We take everything into consideration and make sure we build a plan that will address your dental goals as efficiently and comfortably as possible. We understand that your fear of the dentist comes from a very real place and is not easily reversed. We work with you so that when you are visiting us in the office, you will be at ease, knowing all considerations have been addressed.
Dental phobia is very real, and it can keep you from being in control of your health. Even making that first phone call for a consultation with a new dentist may be frightening. Our team gets it. We want you to be comfortable and at ease when you are in our care, and the first step is getting to know us.
Oral conscious sedation drugs allow you to feel more comfortable and relaxed during your dental visit. You will feel drowsy and completely relaxed. Your memory, anxiety levels and perception of pain will be greatly reduced, making you more comfortable. Most of our patients don't even remember anything that happened from the time the sedation started until the time they left the office.
Raise your hand if you love novocaine! Just a guess: no one raised their hand. That's because no one loves needles and no one loves the big fat lip you leave the office with. Our patients deserve a more comfortable option. The STA System is a computer-controlled, local, dental anesthetic system that allows us to numb the single tooth that is being treated.

Crosspoint Dentistry is a clean, friendly place with some of the kindest and professional staff. Having been a patient since they opened, I have not experienced a drop in the office’s service or enthusiasm. After a recent great visit, we noticed a billing issue when we arrived home and one quick phone call resolved it. We travel from the Southtowns for our appointment and plan to continue to do so.

First visit as a new patient. Office is very friendly, greeted when we entered. Check in was very easy, did not wait long before being called back. Hygienist Jessica very knowledgeable, understanding of level of uncomfort and very caring. Answered all my questions.

From the first visit which was December 9th we were greeted at the front desk with a very friendly knowledge staff and made us feel like we were friends… The dental hygienist was really nice and she took her time and listened to what I had to tell her about my teeth and my meds.. she did all the necessary things that she needed to do and she was very gentle with cleaning my teeth and she explained everything she was doing as she did them and asked me if I was okay.. when she was done Dr Kelly Troung looked over my teeth and she explained everything that they were going to do to keep my teeth

The office is spotless. Text message reminders are sent regarding your appointments. Lori the hygienist is so gentle and personable you don't fret over getting your teeth serviced. The office is respectful of your time with minimal to no waiting. Dr. Truong is skilled and professional. If you are nervous about going to the dentist or it has been a minute since your last visit Crosspoint will make you feel comfortable and take care of you.

I love this dental office. Everyone is so polite and friendly and helpful. Jessica is wonderful, Dr. T has been helping fix my mouth for years and the front staff is also very sweet. Anytime I have an issue they try their best to fit me in right away to assess any issues or concerns. I really appreciate everything this dental office has helped me with!
