So happy with how this service went! I needed to go from a fuel oil furnace to a propane furnace. Nikki was really knowledgeable and helped answer some questions and set up Alex for the estimation for the furnace and changing a toilet, and we were beyond happy with the price! Allen and Troy came and did the work and were on time/early so I didn't have to wait all day wondering. So happy to have heat! Thank you everyone!

What a wonderful experience from the call to Nikki to Alex's visit to the house. Nikki was very professional and out someone out the house when it was convenient for us and them. Alex came and he was very professional and thorough. He explained everything to us, took pictures for his benefit, and had everything he needed to do the job. Nikki followed up with us and we have decided their prices are more reasonable that most others around! Thank you everyone at Nick Shembeda!
