You may say to yourself, I have a chain drugstore just down the street from me. Why should I go to Copper Bend Pharmacy instead? You're right, you don't have to come to us, but we do have benefits that other places cannot offer! From the time you walk into our pharmacy until the time you leave, we want your experience to feel as comfortable as it would if you were in your own home.
New prescriptions unfortunately cannot be filled very easily without bringing the doctor's prescription into the pharmacy. If you would like to expedite your prescription as quickly as possible, you may fax your prescription to us at 618-234-9811. In order to complete this new prescription we will require that you bring in the actual script when you come to pick up your medicine (unless your prescription was faxed by your doctor's office.)
Have you ever walked into the pharmacy, only to be told that you're out of refills? Unfortunately, the law states that we cannot refill a prescription beyond the doctor's original prescription, or a period of a 1 year, whichever comes first. Certain class drugs have a valid refill period of less than 1 year.

Have been a customer for 30 years, service is great as well as the people who work/own the business. The owner is a highly respected Pharmacist in the state of Illinois who has been recognized by several professional organizations for his knowledge of the profession and leadership in state professional organizations. He is frequently asked to speak at professional organization meetings. Can't find anyone or business that is better.

I've tried 4 different pharmacies withing a 5 mile radius over the last 3 years and I have to say, there is no one that can compete with the level of service I've received at Copper Bend.
Other pharmacies have told me they would not order my prescriptions until my insurance had approved them. This works in theory however, one is a controlled substance and my insurance will only approve every 29 days. That leaves one day for the pharmacy to order and fill before I run out and it was taking 2-3 business days for the order to come in, leaving me without my medication for several days. Copper Bend

Finally a pharmacy that cares more about patients tan volume. The staff is incredible, very attentive and pleasant. The pharmacist is not only knowledgeable, he is a pleasure to talk to and willing to spend whatever time is necessary discussing your situation. If your using the same old Walgreen's Wal-Mart or CVS - give them a try. I know you will like them
