Here's the Scoop: I was referred to this Lawyer. He's located in Centereach across the street from Denny's in Centereach Mall. Private parking in an office building. Well kept and nicely decorated for the holidays. Office on the second floor. First impressions are Mr Lowe seems to be well versed on laws and updated laws and puts all cards on the table. We'll see how he fares. I like "transparency ", its very important. Left with a good feeling. I'll update my review in the coming month.

I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. He didn't take the time to give me a reason why he wouldn't represent me. I sent him several e-mails and he ignored them. See the abrupt response he sent me without a cause!
