Services
Hours: Mon and Thursday 7:30 am - 7 pm; Friday 7:30 am -4 pm; Saturday 8:30 am- 12 pm also looking for flexibility to pick up more hours and cover time off needs when necessary. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and computer skills. Duties include receiving patients, answering multiline phone, scheduling patient's appointments including obtaining and verifying accurate insurance information.
Appointment times vary by patient and condition. Initial visits are scheduled for 1 hour and follow up appointments can average between 30 minutes to 1 hour. The staff will be able to give you a more individual estimate once treatment plan is completed. Yes, we accept all worker's comp and no fault cases with order from a physician.
New patients can save time at their first appointment by printing out and completing these forms at home. If this is a Workers Compensation or No-Fault case, you will need to include the name, address, phone number, contact person and claim number of the insurance company that we will be billing on the New Patient Information form.
