Let me preface this by saying that I do not leave reviews on businesses. I went to ciao Bella salon as a new client and wanted to do something different and was not disappointed. Hailey was fantastic she was excited when I wanted to change up my color slightly and went at it with full enthusiasm. Never in my life have I had so many people say to me the next day wow your hair looks fantastic. I will definitely return and encourage all of my friends to make the hour long drive to Gainesville to visit the salon

Everyone here was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. It was my first salon visit in a decade and I was SO nervous. Hayley was really sweet and knowledgable and I left with exactly what I wanted: a my-hair-but-better look. I'm so relieved and feel like I have a safe place I can return to in the future! <3

Michele is very good. I am meticulous when it comes to my hair and he always gets it right. He'll tell you what's best for your hair (even if that means just a haircut and color is not yet recommended). He's not just after sales. Oh! And don't be late for an appointment because they are usually packed! :)
