This is a top notch florist! I went into the shop to order some flowers for a friends birthday and I was first amazed at how beautiful the store was. They had so many flowers and plants and gift baskets. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the sales people were so helpful and friendly.
I choose a arrangement in a vase and asked to have it delivered, the arrangement was very fresh with so many different flowers in it and at a very reasonable price.I was very impressed overall and I will be using this florist again! DiBella Flowers is a family owned florist shop right across the street from UMC on Charleston.

I LOVE this flower shop! It's the best one I have ever been to and I don't ever think I'll be going to any other flower shops after coming into this one. I love their Christmas spirits! They even have the girls wearing the cutest Christmas headbands ever! They are extremely kind and awesome! They are on their A game and they always go above. If you ever need flowers then dibella's is the right place for you.

Worst customer service I have ever had. The young girl that helped me was nice but I can’t say the same thing about her manager or she may have been the owner, I wouldn’t know the older women’s position because she would not come around to speak to me. I went in to pick up an order we had placed the day before and I saw three employees walking back and forth because they could not find my order, all of a sudden they told me I couldn’t pick it up because I was not the one who placed the order although my name was on the email/order for pick up. Come to find out they did not have it ready

I am SO irritated with this shop. I placed and order to be picked up today for my mother, it is the anniversary of my grandmother's passing and I wanted to do something nice. I placed the order AND paid for it… online. i went to pick up my flowers and was told I needed the physical card because they needed an imprint of the card. I unfortunately did not have the card, as my husband had it. IT DID NOT SAY ANYTHING OF THE SORT ON THE WEBSITE OR ON MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. I then asked for a refund and I would pay for it with my credit card. What I don't understand is how she could have refunded
