In many cases the traditional Design-Bid-Build delivery process comes with the risk of design and construction budget overruns, and subsequent delayed ground breaking due to time consuming "Value" Engineering.
Fusion Systems Engineering provided commissioning services for the energy consuming systems of the ground up construction of this 64,000 square foot municipal services and public safety building.
Commissioned systems included water-cooled VRF heating and cooling, domestic hot water heaters, condensing boilers, cooling tower, VAV dedicated outside air systems, packaged rooftop heat pumps, data center precision cooling, emergency ventilation controls and integrated energy management system.The owners of this mixed use facility think way outside the box when it comes to MEP systems.
