Working one-on-one with people is part of what I love about this job. As a State Farm agent, I work with my neighbors from Bell, CA and the surrounding area, including Maywood, Cudahy, Bell Gardens and all over Southeast LA. I get to sit down with them and help put together plans that protect what matters to them.
I'm driven to help my community understand the benefits of insurance, recognize their specific needs, and support them throughout the entire process. I opened my office in 2011 because I wanted to make a real difference in people's lives. As an agent, I'm very hands-on and dedicated to building personal relationships.

This office has the best (Jake's) agents!! Mercedes always goes above and beyond to make sure my policies are in my best interest. Alba is amazing ,she really listens and always has the coolest State Farm Merch. every year I'm sure to get a calendar. =) If you've never been to this office stop by for great company, conversation and maybe even a delicious cup of coffee.

Alba Ramirez has been my agent for many years now, and I've had nothing but great service, prompt responses, and lots of help from Alba and her team. I've had a couple of claims, got married and added my wife, a few end of leases where cars had to be removed from the policy. All of this went smoothly and was handled quickly.

These are the worst people to deal with. The agent alba is absolutely rude. She cuts you off when you talk and she will tell you whatever it is to make her look better. Mercedes just tells you lies after you work with her for 2 weeks for something. And Antonio just wastes you're time and doesn't return you're phone calls. Would never recommend anyone to do business with her. When I got into an accident she never once called to see how my claim was or to follow up with me.
