Services
Morgan Eastlick, a Scott Valley native, has many years of civil engineering and land surveying experience. Morgan received his Bachelors of Science degree in civil engineering from California State University, Chico in 1993. Morgan then gained practical building experience in the building trades throughout Siskiyou County.
