The idea was to build a state of the art physical therapy clinic which combined other disciplines of health and wellness creating the only facility like it in the region. PHILOSOPHY: We believe in low volume scheduling which allows for maximal hands-on time with our patients and results in the highest quality of care.
We have designed these policies to help us better serve you and provide the best level of care possible. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please contact us. We require a minimum of 24 hour notice to change or cancel a scheduled appointment. If you fail to come to your appointment or cancel without 24 hour notice you will be charged $50.00.
Elite Performance & Rehabilitation Center uses a hands-on treatment approach. Special attention is paid to the bio-mechanics and patho-mechanics of each patient. Working closely with physicians, we assess each patient through an evaluation that encompasses a written and verbal history, a review of any previous records such as MRI's, X-rays and surgical reports, and an extensive clinical examination.
Custom orthotics are developed after a thorough physical evaluation and gait analysis. A plaster cast is taken of your feet in a non-weight bearing neutral position. Your casts are then sent to an off-site laboratory (Biomechanical Services) for fabrication. Typically within three weeks, your custom orthotics will be delivered to Elite and you will be fitted by your physical therapist.
At Elite Rehab we use Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) which is the most comprehensive treatment for lymphedema. Manual Lymph drainage (MLD): A hands-on technique to stimulate lymph nodes and their pathways to allow effortless flow of lymph fluid back to venous circulation, allowing the limb to return normal or near normal size.

Person who called me asked me about my insurance info. Since she had not heard of it she stated her manager needed to agree to take it and if this happened she would call for benefits. If manager did not agree she would not.She seemed not interested having me do my PT there at all which is fine. I scheduled with another PT and they were happy to take my insurance, get benefits and cared about my PT visits and recovery.

The staff at Elite are absolutely wonderful to work with! I have attended for several months and look forward to my sessions. The positivity and affirmation of 100% healing along with firm yet gentle work by my therapist in learning to walk again has made, what I thought would be a grueling process, a great experience. Great place if you enjoy having physical therapy in a crowded square room with no privacy whatsoever. The experience is further enhanced by the less than subtle locker room aroma, and the vague frat house atmosphere. But don't worry, go ahead and cancel, maybe after an inept substitute or clueless intern has wrenched your neck and made your symptoms worse: no matter what you say or do, they will persecute you for months with invoices for sessions you cancelled. This place is at best a disgrace, and should be closed immediately.
