Combines skin type-specific cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, an individualized treatment mask to soothe, with some shoulder, neck and arm massaging. This mask is applied after exfoliating and is activated by liposomes to repair & add collagen fibers to the surface. Skin looks younger and plumper.
First, we relax your hands with a warm scented towel, f iling, herbal soak, cuticle dissolving and perfect polishing that lasts, makes this a weekly must. Feet are wrapped in a warm scented towel, followed by a whirlpool soak, filing, nail clipping, cuticle dissolving and a perfect polish. Tired, aching feet?
Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage. Thai massage is also called Thai Yoga massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work.
This is my first time at a spa. What can I expect? When you enter the spa, check in at the reception desk. The spa coordinator will introduce you the host/hostess who will escort you to the locker room to change into a robe and spa slippers. Take a few moments to relax, unwind and breathe. Today I went in for a massage and it was a disaster from the start. I had to move my stuff twice because the locks on the lockers were broken. Then I get taken back to the "room" , it was literally a converted broom closet. There wasn't even room for the therapist to walk around the table. The bottom of the table was pushed up against a cabinet and I couldn't even stand in the room with the therapist while she gave me her instructions, but whatever I ll be laying down, as long as she can work then fine. I lay down and it's freezing in the room but there is a heating pad

I come to heaven spa every birthday for a massage and they never disappoint me. This time around my husband and I went for our 9 year anniversary and received facials. The experience was great! My skin felt amazing so, I'll definitely recommend Nonna. I forgot the other lady's name:-( but she was great as well.

It just dawned on me the other day, that i’ve been coming to Heaven Spa for close to 24 years.
And i can say, this spa never disappoints!
I get wonderful facials by Tanya.
And my nails always look amazing after Maya works her magic!
The prices are great!
And it’s a beautiful, welcoming environment.

for four of my Bridesmaids and Maid of Honor. I get an email from
Laurence with the phone number to call the first two times no answer
call goes straight to voicemail. The 3rd call before I could get a word in a woman asks me to please hold. She comes back on the line and I let her know I would like to speak to Laurence after receiving his return email she
says who? I said do you not have someone there by the name of Laurence? She says oh yes he is in our management would you like

Wow so this is the second time I've been to Heaven Spa. First time was my birthday and this time went for Valentine's day.
Scheduling the appointment was easy as 1,2,3. Called and setup the appointment left my card on file to hold the appointment. Upon arrival the receptionist was very nice and friendly which started the relaxation process. When it was time to get changed they give you slippers and robe and show you to the locker room/changing room. There's showers, lockers, a toilet basic stuff but the lockers were clean. I have been coming here a couple times a year since we moved here in 2008. Had a scheduled massage for today, took off work, show up in the morning all excited for my "much needed "me day". Walk in at 9am to be told my appointment was cancelled yesterday because masseuse was out. Apparently they called some wrong number yesterday and left a message on some voicemail. Receptionist didn't seem too concerned my day has now been ruined. I just was looking so forward to it. They couldn't get another masseuse for me? I have always had a pleasant experience until today. I traveled from Atlanta to Virginia then took a bus to Heaven spa in Philly, this morning. I received a call when I arrived in Philly this morning saying my appointment had to be cancelled due to my masseuse not being there and they could not fit me in.
I traveled all the way from Georgia & the could not accommodate or compensate me?? After all, I paid $53 for my bus ticket & had to turn around and return to VA without any services.
This is piss poor treatment from a business that I admired all these years. Im so disappointed in Heaven

She fast, quick, and super nice. I get a european wax so I am usually a little nervous because it is painful. She puts me at ease :)
CONS: Entrance, spa hallways and main "resting" room is odd. The entrance has weird decor with no air on so its super humid in the summer. The main room is a tad small/closed in and needs to be updated; feels warn out a bit.

The spa has a "special" on Mondays thru Thursdays 20% off of your service if you call on that day and it's available. Great since it was my birthday I will call for a mani and pedi. I did call and they had a appointment for me. While the spa is very nice and the nail technician was very good, the front desk girl was extremely rude. While I was checking out she gave me the total, and I asked was that with the 20% off and she stated that special was only for massages and body services however it does not state that on the website. It amazes me that there are so many hateful reviews for this place. Making me a little skeptical about my visit here for no reason. I received a gift card for here and booked an appointment without a problem.
One issue is that the Pavilion its in is kind of confusing to navigate if you've never been there before. Also the only other issue I had was when I first got there, they didn't really show me what to do as it was my first time being not only there but at a real spa in general.
