Prepare/Enrich is a personalized, structured approach to couples therapy, including premarital counseling. During 3 sessions with their clinician, a couple gains insight into their unique relationship, builds on current strengths, and learns skills they can immediately practice to keep growing together.
Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress management, life transitions, and grief and loss. Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, teens, adults, as well as couples and families. Dr. Hodulik is a Board Certified Psychiatrist with a private practice in general psychiatry.
At your first appointment, our primary job is to listen to you. We'll ask you to share your perspective on the concerns that brought you to therapy. We'll ask about your life experiences, family background and current circumstances. Together, we'll discuss and create a tentative plan for your therapy sessions.

Ruth Waters is a compassionate, understanding health care professional. She took the time to listen and didn't rush diagnosing my problem the first visit as a result I am finally being treated for the correct issues . My appointment is at the end of the day and I never feel like she is rushing the appointment to get out of the office. I would highly recommend.
